Fit Friday: Back in the game

It’s time to be accountable.

After a month and a half of slacking off on working out and eating right, I’m back in the game. I’m sick of the 5lb that I’ve put back on since December, and I’m ready to drop those pounds, get back on track, and work towards hitting my goal weight by summertime (ideally, by my 32nd birthday in July). I have about 20lb more that I’d like to lose, which is completely doable in 7 months.

I went on my first run this morning in a month, 2 miles. Yes, it was TOUGH. I started doing C25K again because I feel that intervals are a great way to work out and the C25K program is what got me running in the first place. So I’m starting over. I have a lot to look forward to this year and a lot of things to be excited about. 2014 is going to be a much better year for me, and it’s going to start now.
