Snapshots from a happy life

It’s been a LONG WHILE  since I’ve done a Snapshots post, so if you are a relatively new reader, to catch you up, this is basically a collection of my favorite recent-ish instagram photos that I haven’t had a chance to share here yet.

The past month has been crazy busy. The kids have been keeping me on my toes. Work has been keeping me much busier than I expected – which is good, of course, but a little overwhelming, since I’m about to have a mountain of editing to finish up in a relatively short period of time.

I’ve been doing a lot of this:

#selfportrait on a photo shoot the other day! #latergram #pictapgo_app #canon #photographer #camera

I’ve been doing a little bit of this (though mine is made with Chai):

#psl I love my Pumpkin Spice! First one of the year!

I should be doing a lot more of this (working out):

#Shadowed. A little #selfportrait fun with our backyard motion light while walking the dog before I workout ;) #pictapgo_app

Kid update. Zachary is always a good boy, and William is wonderful, too, but going through a very, very tough bout of teething right now. He is getting all of his molars at the same time. His entire mouth is swollen, and even with Tylenol/Motrin, he’s still waking up several times in the middle of the night. Adrian has been amazing and has helped out a great deal with getting up, though there are often nights where he is up 2-3 times. This is definitely a hard stage! This is probably part of the reason why I haven’t posted much recently. I’m just too darn tired!

Thank goodness for coffee. There are many mornings that look like this:

Enjoying my coffee while Will enjoys Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. #pictapgo_app

Coffee is pretty much the best thing ever. Especially when it’s PUMPKIN COFFEE from Fresh Market! 🙂 I definitely look forward to this every morning, and I love watching Will play and watch Mickey or Kipper while I enjoy my coffee. Since Zachary is off to school every morning before 9, our mornings are usually pretty relaxed, for which I am thankful!

I shot a wedding at the Hillsboro Club with my friend Stacey over the last weekend in September, and this was the gorgeous scene we were treated to! There are some days when I wake up and wish I was here… LOL… Despite some of the busy days, life is good right now. Wouldn’t really change a thing – except perhaps giving my youngest son the ability to sleep through the night! *yawn*

Gorgeous day to be a #weddingphotographer :) #pictapgo_app #beach #sailboat #ocean
